Apartment renovations in Lisbon can be faster, from 4 to 9 months. We give you a personalised timeline from day one.
Yes — for apartment renovations within Lisbon, we have our own site team. This means faster execution, direct quality control and better cost predictability. For larger projects outside the city, we manage and coordinate the general contractor under our detailed execution plans.
Execution plans are detailed technical drawings and specifications that define every element of the construction — finishes, quantities, materials and methods. They eliminate ambiguity so the contractor cannot add unplanned costs. They're the single most effective tool to prevent budget overruns, and we produce them for every project.
